Maddie had her first orchestra concert on Monday. I videoed her 3 songs and have them all here full length for you to watch. Like the title says, this one is for both of Maddie's Grandma's. The first one is "How I Became A Pirate" a story read by one of the teachers that they have done music to. The second one is "Shark Attack" and the third one is "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, Spooky Twinkle." They did it kind of spooky and Halloween themed concert so it was fun. Not too bad for a group of beginners that have only been playing since the end of August. It will be fun to listen to the improvement in the next concert in December. The first videos quality isn't great, I'm guessing because it's the longest of them, I'm not sure why, when I watch it on my camera it's perfect. The concert took place in the concert hall at our High School. It's pretty nice!! I hope you enjoy!!:)

That is awesome Maddie! Is that a cello?....I'm slow. :) That was a cute pirate story and a cool idea. The scream in the shark song was awesome and unexpected....I kinda jumped! What a beautiful and talented girl.
That was great! I didn't know Maddie was taking orchestra. It is so obvious she is the most talented one there.
Yes it's the cello. She loves it right now and I'm hoping that it doesn't wear off and she continues to love it!!
